Fruit Jam and Cheese Tart

Add low-gluten flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and light cream to the butter, knead it into fine pieces, and keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour

Take out the refrigerated dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a 3mm thick dough

Place in a mold, pierce a small hole with a fork, and bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees in the oven

After the cream cheese is softened, add caster sugar, light cream, eggs, and mix well

Take out the half-cooked tapioca and put it in the cheese sauce

Bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes

After it’s cooled down, just add jam, or squeeze whipped cream and sprinkle with fruit to make it more delicious
Tips:
1. The tapi is very crisp, so remember to demould the mold
2. The cheese sauce is best not to stick to the tapioca, it will stick to the mold
3. Add a little vanilla extract or rum to the cheese sauce to increase the flavor
