Fruit Jelly

Raw materials: strawberry, sugar orange, white sugar, gelatin flakes.

Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water.

Add sugar to purified water, stir and melt over water.

Add the soaked gelatin slices, stir and melt for later use.
5.
Cut the strawberry into small pieces, peel the sugar orange and put it in the mold.

Pour the melted purified water into the mold, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, slowly take out the jelly with a small spoon, and then eat.

Finished product.
Tips:
1. Gelatine tablets should be soaked in cold water first.
2. The amount of white sugar I put in is just a bit sweet. If I like sweet ones, you can increase the amount of white sugar.
3. After the jelly is solidified and firm, dig it out gently with a small spoon. Dip some water on the small spoon to prevent damage to the shape of the jelly.
4. If you have other fruits you like, you can also add them.
