Fruit Muffins

Prepare the required ingredients! Soak the fruit in the auxiliary material in salt water for 15 minutes (cleaned)

Butter sits in hot water and turns into liquid

Then pour the milk and stir evenly

Add the eggs and sugar and continue to mix well with a whisk

Flour is well weighed

Then sift the weighed flour into the custard in step 4

Stir it evenly into a flowable paste

Do not put the oil in the pan and scoop it into the paste (I used a pancake artifact here, friends who don’t fry well can refer to it)

Turn it over when you see blistering for about a minute

Turn it over and continue to the next one

Five-ring muffin picture, then you can decorate it with fruit, powdered sugar, maple syrup
Tips:
When pancakes are cooked, the fire is low throughout, and the stupid star can use the omelette tools at home to make a nice round shape. You can also fry three at the same time in one pan to save time!
