Fruit Pie

Mix flour with caster sugar, cut the butter at room temperature into small pieces and mix with it.

Knead the flour with your hands, knead the butter and mix evenly with the flour.

Pour in water and knead it into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Put a piece of greased paper to roll out the dough, the periphery is slightly larger than the baking pan 3cm, and butter the baking pan.

Spread the dough on the baking tray and gently press it with your hands evenly.

Put a piece of greased paper, cut off the dough with a rolling pin, and lightly poke the bottom of the cake with a fork.

Put it in the preheated oven at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes.

Spread your favorite sauce according to your preference and place it on the cut fruit.
Tips:
My sauce is homemade, if you also want to make the following steps for your reference:
1. Put cornstarch into egg yolk and stir evenly with egg yolk.
2. Add fine sugar to the milk, cook on low heat until the sugar melts, then slowly pour the milk into the egg yolk paste, stirring constantly with the egg.
3. Pour the almond flour into the milk and egg yolk paste, heat it on a low fire, stir with the egg while cooking, turn off the fire until it thickens.
4. Immediately add butter, about 10ml of rum, a little vanilla extract (optional), and mix until the butter melts.
5. After the filling material has cooled to room temperature, apply it to the pie crust, and finally put the cut fruit on it.
