Fruit Pizza

Kneading: 1. Take a container, pour 150g milk, 5g yeast powder, 5g sugar, 10g butter, beat an egg, and mix well. 2. Add 300g of flour, knead into a smooth dough, cover and ferment for two hours, when the volume of the dough increases to twice the original size.

Prepare the fruit: dice green pepper (not pictured), dice pineapple, slice kiwi and then 1/2 cut, cherry tomatoes in two, corn peeled and cooked.

Making cake embryos: 1. After the dough is finished, roll it into a cake with a thin edge; 2. Arrange the cheese in a round shape along the thin edge; 3. Press the edge according to the picture.

Second proofing: Spread a little butter on the baking pan, put the finished biscuits into the baking pan, cover, and proof for 20-30 minutes.

Make the bottom of the cake: Use chopsticks to move the bottom of the second proofed cake, do not pierce the cake embryo; put 1 spoon of tomato sauce and spread evenly.

Spread the fruit: 1. Sprinkle a layer of corn and pineapple evenly; 2. Sprinkle a layer of cheese evenly; 3. Spread the kiwi fruit around the circle, evenly sprinkle some green peppers; 4. Sprinkle another layer of cheese and decorate with cherry tomatoes; 5. .Finally, order a little tomato sauce.
