Fruit Sago
1.
Put more cold water in the pot and boil! Then directly join the sago bought from the supermarket! ps: The sago looks small, and there are quite a lot of them after they are cooked. Don’t pour too much at a time. Time for 10 minutes without covering the lid. Stir it every two minutes to prevent it from sticking to the pan (I didn’t stick to the pan at all when I made it. Signs, but my friend said it’s easy to stick when doing it)
2.
Prepare a bowl of cold water. After the sago is boiled for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and pour the sago into the sieve. Then pour the sago into the cold water prepared before and soak for a while. At this time, you can boil another pot of boiling water. After the water has boiled, pour the sago again, and cook it slowly over medium-low heat, and be careful when stirring to prevent the sago from being smashed.
3.
Repeat the above process about 3-4 times, cook for 10 minutes, pour out, pour cold water, soak in cold water, boil the water again, pour sago, and cook again! Although this process is a bit more troublesome! But if you want Sago to be very Q, you have to do this! Hehe!
4.
After repeating the above 3 times, the sago is still a little white in the center at this time. Cook for 10 minutes and turn off the heat! Cover and simmer for 5 minutes! Open again! If there is still a little white, cook it for a while and simmer it for a while! Until cooked through~
5.
After boiling it through cold water, soak in cool plain water again for a few minutes! Filter out the water again with a sieve! The sago is ready!
6.
After the sago is cooked, the fruit is completely what you like. You can add all kinds of fruits that the children like. The pineapple is a bit sour. Hahaha, you can add mango, dragon fruit, strawberry, watermelon, etc.~ Try to cut into smaller pieces, I cut bigger and more, anyway, according to my liking~ You can add more if you like to eat fruit~
7.
Put the sago in a large bowl, add coconut milk (you can also like milk➕ milk), condensed milk (if you like sweeter, you can add a little bit more, if not sweet enough, you can add sugar)
8.
Add fruit! Then stir it! If it’s in the summer, you can put it in the refrigerator~ it tastes so good!
9.
The flying fruit sago is delicious and ready!
Tips:
1. Put sago only when the water is boiled! During this period, you must keep stirring from time to time, otherwise it will stick to the pot!
2. Soak it in cold water a few times, and the sago will be very Q. It is more delicious and hygienic than the pearls in the outside bubble milk tea!
