Fruit Sago

Sago weighed well

Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil, then pour the sago to a medium-high heat.

Turn off the heat when the sago becomes translucent, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Until all the sago becomes transparent, remove it with a colander.

Then rinse with cold water, or soak in ice water.

Mix the milk and condensed milk thoroughly and set aside

Cut the dragon fruit at 1/3, and then use a ball scoop to dig out the dragon fruit flesh.

Cut the mango into pieces

Add appropriate amount of sago to the pitaya

Pour in the right amount of mixed milk and condensed milk

Tips:
According to your preference, coconut milk can be used instead of milk.
You can also mix it with milk and honey or add an appropriate amount of lemon juice to make it sour and sweet.
I added condensed milk here to make the taste even sweeter.
