Fruit Stuffed Buns
1.
Pour flour in the basin and add appropriate amount of yeast (As a novice, I don’t know the ratio of flour to yeast, so I try to put as much yeast as possible, and it’s no problem) gradually pour into warm water and knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place
2.
It's this kind of fruit~
3.
Put the fruit in a basin and break it into pieces, crush it with a spoon without breaking it, and add a few drops of water
4.
Add water and stir well, this kind of consistency is fine! It should not be too thin, otherwise the buns will not be good to pack. It is best to make every piece of fruit noodles stained with water
5.
After the noodles wake up, the standard is that there are net-like eyes inside. After the noodles wake up, place them on the panel and knead to remove bubbles, and then rub them into long strips.
6.
Roll the noodles into a thick noodle in the middle and thin on both sides. Pay attention that the buns are thicker, not too thin~
7.
Put stuffing
8.
Wrap the stuffing with the dough, knead it into a round shape, and place it on the steamer after kneading
9.
The bottom drawer is full of steamed buns. If there is not enough filling on the top, I cut a few steamed buns. After all the stuffing is done, I wake up for 20 minutes, then put it on the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
Tips:
Be sure to wake up for 20 minutes after the buns are made. If the fruit filling is not sweet, you can add some sugar and turn off the heat after two or three minutes before removing the lid~
