Fruit Sushi

Prepare the fruit.

Prepare the rice (leftovers are fine, microwave oven for 1 minute).

Wash the purple sweet potato, slice it, put it in the microwave oven for 3 minutes; take it out and press it into a puree.
4.
Put the mashed purple potato into the hot rice, add apple cider vinegar and honey, mix well and finish forming.
5.
Peel the fruit, or use a mold to take the shape once it is ready, and finally put it on a plate to embellish it.
Tips:
1. Bibimbap with rice and apple cider vinegar tastes good without sugar.
2. The fruit shape can be arbitrary.
