Fruit Sushi

Steam the rice with better stickiness first, and reheat the rice overnight.

Wash the strawberries, take one and cut into small pieces, and cut the rest in half

I use the non-stick biscuit mold to make it. If you use an ordinary mold, you must lay the plastic wrap in the mold before you operate it. Put a layer of rice in the mold and compact it.

Use a small wooden stick to compact and flatten. In order to prevent staining, I spread some olive oil on one end of the wooden stick. After compaction, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to shape.

Tips:
