Tips:
1. For making fruit tea, you can choose seasonal fruits, add pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, orange, etc. according to your preference.
2. Fruit tea can be sealed and refrigerated if you can't finish drinking it, and it tastes great when you drink it cold. It is not recommended to reheat, it will destroy the nutrient content of the fruit.
3. The fruit has a sweet taste without adding too much sugar. You can also add honey to taste after the fruit tea becomes warm.
4. If you have black tea bags, you can put them in the health pot and cook together. I think the tea flavor is too strong to cover the fragrance of the fruit, so only add the brewed black tea at the end, and it will taste just right after simmering for a while.
