Fruity Sago

Prepare raw materials

Peel the fruit and cut into small pieces

Break them with a food processor and put them into lunch boxes separately

Put it on the freezer level of the refrigerator

Soak sago for 30 minutes in advance

After boiling the water in the pot, add the sago and cook for 10 minutes. There are still white spots in the middle.

Wash off the mucus on the sago with cold water, put it in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, cover and simmer until transparent

Take out the transparent sago and put it in cold boiling water with ice cubes to let cool

Take a beautiful container and put in sago

Add in a little bit of frozen fruit juice.
