Fryer Version of Cantonese Barbecued Pork

After washing the pork belly, add Lee Kum Kee barbecue sauce

Put all the ingredients in a fresh-keeping bag, knead it with your hands, mix evenly, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight

Place the pork belly on tin foil and then put it on the fryer

Close the fryer, turn on 200 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, brush with the remaining Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce + soy sauce mixture, turn on 160 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes

During this 15-minute period, turn over once, and then brush with the remaining Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce + Soy Sauce

After roasting, take out the barbecued pork and let it warm, then cut into slices and serve
