The weekend is here again, and my husband proposed to drive to the river embankment park on the Junlan side to play. So I made rice balls and brought fruits and had a happy family open day

Ingredients

Fu Bag Rice Ball and Cartoon Rice Ball

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add cornstarch and water and mix well

3. Spread a little corn oil on the pan, pour the egg batter and spread it out into a pancake and serve.

4. Fry the bacon in a pan until slightly yellow on both sides

5. Put the broccoli in a pot of boiling water, add a little oil and salt to cook, and then blanch the green onion leaves

6. The egg skins are pressed into pieces with mousse rings and used as blessing bag skins

7. Chop the leftover egg skin scraps, bacon, and broccoli. Take only the flower part and chop it

8. Put the cooked rice in a bowl, pour in the bacon, eggs and broccoli, add 1 tablespoon of light salt soy sauce and stir evenly, knead a few round balls one after another, wrap them with the cut blessed bag wrappers, and fold them. After being shaped into a blessing bag, tie it up with blanched green onion leaves

9. Then use cartoon molds to shape the remaining rice balls into cartoon rice balls, and put all the rice balls in a lunch box after they are finished. Let’s go for a spring trip!

Tips:

Fried egg skins should be fried over a low fire, and the egg skins should not be spread thick, otherwise it will be difficult to wrap.
