After the second hair is finished, boil the water, steam it on high heat for 15 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes. The beautiful shape is especially suitable for the Spring Festival.
Tips:
In winter, the temperature is low, and the room temperature is not easy to ferment. You can use warm water to create a suitable dry and wet environment to speed up the fermentation time. The second heating can also be carried out in the steamer. The second heating is in place, and the steamed pasta tastes the best.
The shape is relatively simple, but it is also more suitable for the occasion. If it is steamed in a pot during the Chinese New Year, is it auspicious and wishful? Give it a try.
