Full House Fragrance-coconut Curry Chicken

Wash the local chicken and cut into pieces

Put oil in the pot and sauté the ginger until fragrant

Add chicken nuggets and stir fry until slightly browned

Add potatoes and continue to stir fry

Add 80ml of cold water and 170g of coconut curry, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

Add concentrated coconut milk after 20 minutes
7.
Add peas and simmer for about 10 minutes
Tips:
1. If you like more soup, don't charge it too dry, because the curry sauce bibimbap is really delicious.
2. I mainly use peas for decoration, so I eat a little bit of it.
