Fun Egg Pork Roll

Put the pork filling in the cooking wine and marinate for half an hour to remove fishy

Cut the carrot into shreds and then finely diced, and mince the green onion and ginger separately.

Take the egg whites of two eggs into the pork filling, and add the ingredients in the second step to the pork filling, add salt, vegetable oil, and sesame oil, and mix well.

Stir clockwise until the filling is firm.

The other two eggs are beaten with the two egg yolks left before, mixed with starch, and there are no particles. The starch is best sieved.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan. In order to fry a thin omelet, it is best to heat the pan first, rub it with ginger, and then brush some oil. Mine is not a pan. Seeing that there is some oil at the bottom of the pan, but not much.

Boil the oil for a while, and pour in the egg liquid while baking over a low fire, so that it will be thin.
