Fun Little Stir-fry

Soak dry fungus in advance

Prepare other ingredients used, namely carrots, celery, white onions, lean meat, green beans, ginger and garlic

Dice the lean meat, stir well with appropriate amount of oil, light soy sauce, and pepper, then add cornstarch and stir well for later use. Peel the carrot and cut into 6 slices with an oblique knife for serving, and dice the rest; dice the celery and onion; wash the green beans and control water; control the water with black fungus to remove the hard roots and cut into pieces; shred ginger, and dice garlic

Heat the pan with cold oil, and fry the lean meat smoothly

Stir-fry the lean meat until it changes color and take it out for later use

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir the ginger and garlic into the pot for a fragrant flavor

Stir fry the green beans and carrots

Add the black fungus to the pot and stir fry

When the ingredients in the pot are almost cooked, stir fry the celery and onion in the pot over high heat

Finally put the lean meat in the pot

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, stir fry for flavor, then turn off the heat
Tips:
1. The lean meat should be marinated first and then fried, the time of frying is not easy to be too long, otherwise the meat will be too hard and affect the taste;
2. There are no fixed ingredients for this dish, and you can also use the leftovers at home. When frying, put the hard-to-ripen ones first, and put the onion-like ingredients last.
