Fungus, Vegetables and Meatball Soup
1.
Soak the fungus in advance with water, and wash the vegetables.
2.
Add a small amount of water and beat the minced meat, add salt and egg liquid and beat.
3.
After adding water starch, whisk in one direction until it is strong.
4.
Add water and fungus to the pot and bring to a boil.
5.
Squeeze the whipped ground meat out of the meatballs and lower them into the pot (change to medium-low heat and cook slowly).
6.
When the meatballs are all floating, add the vegetables and salt and cook until the vegetables are cooked, then turn off the heat.
7.
Serve out and eat.
Tips:
The meatballs should be boiled on a low fire, because the meatballs are easily boiled on a high fire.
Office workers can make more meatballs at one time, store them in the refrigerator, and take them as they eat.
