Cut two slices of ginger, thicker, pat with a knife, and chop again with the back of the knife. Soak in a little water and rub with your hands to turn into ginger water

Beat the egg whites and egg yolks in two bowls, put a little ginger and vinegar in each bowl

Put oil in the pan, put the egg whites on 40% heat, and stir fry into small slices. Hold out
