Ganoderma Lucidum and Lotus Root Ribs

Prepare the ingredients

Rinse the ribs, blanch them in a pot under cold water, and remove them.

Soak the ganoderma in clean water,

Take the large inner pot of the electric cooker, add lotus root, ribs,

Put in Ganoderma lucidum, red dates,

Add 8 points full water, add ginger, green onions, cooking wine,

Fill the electric cooker with water to the water level before putting it in the pot,

Tips:
1. The water for soaking Ganoderma lucidum can be put in together.
2. Ganoderma has a bitter taste, just put a few red dates.
3. Children are not recommended to eat Ganoderma lucidum.
