Garden Salad

Soak the shredded onion in cold water to remove the spicy flavor.

Dice cucumber and radish separately.
3.
Add corn kernels, soybeans, and hard-boiled eggs and break into pieces.

Vinaigrette: 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of fruit vinegar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, appropriate amount of chopped parsley, and mix them evenly.
5.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and stir well.
