I boiled a pot of simple garden vegetable soup in the Supor health pot, which became very rich in taste because of the addition of curry cubes. Sweet carrots, delicious mushrooms, soft and waxy potatoes, corn and broccoli, the super rich and mellow curry is paired with a large bowl of white rice, which is simply delicious~~

Ingredients

Garden Vegetable Curry

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the Supor health pot to start the health soup mode.

2. Wash corn and cut into chunks.

3. Wash carrots and potatoes, peel them, cut into chunks and set aside.

4. Wash the broccoli, break it into small flowers, and set aside.

5. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices for later use.

6. After the water is boiled, add the corn and cook for 5 minutes. Because corn is harder to cook.

7. Then put the potato pieces and carrot pieces into the pot together and continue cooking.

8. After 10 minutes, add the curry cubes.

9. Add broccoli and mushrooms at the same time and continue to cook.

10. Wait until the soup is boiled until it starts to thicken, and add some salt to taste.

Tips:

Because the curry cubes have a salty taste, add the amount of salt as appropriate.
Broccoli and mushrooms should not be boiled for too long as they will lose a lot of nutrients, so put them in at the end.
Corn is more difficult to cook, so you can cook it for 5 minutes first.
You can add vegetables at will, you can also add seafood, it becomes a pot of seafood curry!
