Garland with Flaming Bread

All materials are weighed, except butter, all other materials are put into the bread machine

Start the normal kneading function

Knead the noodles for 20 minutes first`

Then start the second kneading process, and then put the butter into the bread machine to continue kneading. I used the normal kneading program of 20 minutes three times in total.

Knead to the expansion stage, I am used to knead it to the glove film

The kneaded dough rises in the bread machine for 35 minutes

The fermented dough is 1.5 times larger

Take out the fermented dough and press to exhaust

The total amount of dough is 312 grams, wrap it round and cover the slack with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out

Divide the dough into 7 portions, 7 portions of 32 grams, 1 portion of which is added with cocoa powder and knead evenly, the remaining portion is divided into 2 equal portions, one portion is added with red yeast rice and kneaded evenly, and then divided into the original flavor and the dough with red yeast powder added. 35 grams

Round the dough for the flowers and place it in a 6-inch chiffon mold

This step is to make little bears. The bodies of the two bears are 35 grams, the ears are 1 gram, and the nose and feet are 2 grams. (The size can be adjusted appropriately) The remaining dough is used for lollipops

Knead the dough into strips, then divide into 21 equal parts each for 1 gram, and knead the dough into a small flower shape.

Mix the two doughs together for the rest

Roll it into a strip, roll it up and circle it into a lollipop shape

Use a toothpick to fix it into a lollipop, and wrap the toothpick with tin foil to prevent it from being burnt when it enters the oven (or soak it in water)

After shaping, the second shot will be 1.5 to 2 times the size

Preheat the oven at 120°C for 10 minutes, then put the fermented dough into the oven for 18 minutes

The water absorption of the flour is different, the water in the recipe is reserved for 10 grams, and adjusted appropriately (this temperature is for reference only, please adjust according to the temperature of your own oven)
