Garlic Amaranth
1.
Wash the amaranth and blanch it in water
2.
Drain and cut off the water after it is too cool
3.
Peel the garlic, wash and remove the stalks
4.
Mashed garlic with garlic mortar
5.
Put the amaranth in a large bowl and add garlic
6.
Add salt, sugar, chicken essence
7.
Pour some light soy sauce
8.
Pour in the fresh shellfish sauce
9.
Pour a few drops of sesame oil
10.
Mix everything well and put it on the plate
Tips:
①Amaranth is easy to cook, so the blanching time should not be too long
②Be sure to drain the water before mixing, or drop a few drops of chili oil or pepper oil
