#春食野菜香# Garlic and Andrographis

Prepare fresh andrographis.

Wash the Andrographis paniculata and soak it in water for ten minutes, then remove it for use.

Peel a head of garlic and chop finely.

The green onions are also finely chopped.

Put all the above seasonings (except edible oil) into a bowl, add chopped green onion and garlic.

Pour the cooking oil on the sauce. This step is mainly to fry the chopped green onion.

Pour the sauce on the Andrographis paniculata.

Tips:
Andrographis has a salty taste, so don't add too much salt.
