Garlic Baked Steamed Buns

Cut the steamed buns vertically into slices, the thickness of the slices is about 1cm

Cut butter into pieces and melt into liquid at room temperature

Peel the garlic and chop it into minced garlic

Wash the green onions and cut into diced green onions

Pour the garlic and green onion into the butter and stir evenly, take an appropriate amount and spread on the surface of the steamed bun

The steamed bun slices are placed on the grill with greased paper, preheated at 180 degrees in the French steamer, and placed in the second layer of the steamer from top to bottom

Hot air circulation mode, 180 degrees/8 minutes, bake it until the surface is slightly browned, and then it can be out of the oven. It is better to eat while it is hot.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the bread skin too thinly;
2. If you want to scorch a little, it can take longer;
3. The minced garlic and green onion can be chopped a little bit for better taste;
