Garlic Beans with Sesame Sauce

Wash the long beans, remove the head muscles and set aside.

Cut into long pieces of the same size.

Boil in boiling water pot with a little salt for more than three minutes.

Take it out and let it cool for later use.

Arrange the blanched cowpeas neatly on the plate.

Pat garlic finely.

Place the chopped garlic on the cowpea plate.

Take appropriate amount of sesame paste and add oyster sauce.

Add vinegar, cold water, mix thoroughly and set aside.

Pour the adjusted bowl of juice on the beans.

Sprinkle some minced garlic on top and serve.
