Garlic Beef Cubes

Peel the garlic, cut off the head, wash and set aside. Cut beef into grains for later use

Put the cut beef cubes into a large bowl, add oyster sauce, starch, light soy sauce, cooking wine, large black pepper, stir well and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add garlic diced, stir fry until golden brown, add the marinated beef diced, and then add black pepper diced. It's ready to be out of the pot when mature.
Tips:
Don't fry for too long, the beef will grow old.
