Garlic Bread
1.
Press the garlic into a puree; after the butter is softened, mix well with the garlic puree, salt and powdered sugar, and it will become garlic cream
2.
Cut the milk-flavored toast into suitable lengths, cut off both the broken skins; cut off all the skins around the outside
3.
Cut the toast with the skin off and cut in half in the middle
4.
Cut in half again; this way, cut into four rectangular bread cubes of the same size
5.
Take a loaf of bread and spread a layer of garlic cream on one side; put the garlic cream side down into the baking tray, and then use a spatula to spread the garlic cream on the other sides
6.
Use the same method to coat all the bread cubes with garlic cream; put the baking tray into a preheated oven with a high and low heat of 175 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes, until the surface of the bread turns golden brown and ready to go out of the oven
Tips:
1. Garlic can be pureed with a garlic press. If you don't have a garlic press, you can put the garlic cloves in a bowl and mash the garlic into a puree with one end of a clean rolling pin; it must be mashed a little bit;
2. If you can't use up the garlic cream, keep it in the refrigerator and use it up as soon as possible;
3. Soak the side of the cut bread with custard and fry it in the same way as toast. It is very delicious.
