Garlic Cabbage

The cabbage is broken into large pieces by hand.

Minced ginger. Minced garlic.
3.
Heat oil in the pot, add minced ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

Add oil and salt and stir fry evenly.
6.
Add red pepper.
7.
Add red pepper and fry, turn off the heat for 1 minute.
8.
Finished product.
