Garlic Chopped Pepper Lotus Root Slices

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the lotus root, peel it, and cut into slices.

Put it in cold water, wash 4 times-after washing off the starch, continue to soak in water.

Boil water in a pot and add salt to the water.
