Garlic Clam
1.
Prepare the main ingredients first
2.
I bought the flower clams that have been spit out sand, so they can be blanched in hot water just by washing them out. Just blanching the flower clams for 30 seconds is enough, and the meat will grow old after a long time.
3.
Put all the seasonings in a bowl and mix well, chop the chopped green onion and minced garlic
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add half of the minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add chopped green onion and seasonings
5.
Put the clams in high heat and quickly stir and fry evenly
6.
Add the other half of the minced garlic, turn off the heat, and mix the minced garlic evenly
7.
The super tasty garlic clams are ready, simple and delicious.
Tips:
The clams must be fried quickly, and the water should be blanched quickly. If the clams you bought do not spit sand, put a few drops of sesame oil in water, put a little salt, soak and spit sand.
