Garlic Convolvulus

Wash the water spinach, control the water, and pinch the spinach into sections by hand.

Mince garlic.
3.
Put the lard in a hot pan, and stir the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add water spinach, high heat, and stir fry
5.
Fry the water spinach until the color is completely changed, add salt, and stir well.
6.
Platter.
