Water spinach is one of my favorite vegetables. Although it's the best season to eat it, how can I not buy some of the spinach on sale in the market? Chop some garlic and fry it in a hot oil pan. Put in a little salt, and the delicious and quick side dishes will be out of the pot. They are really not greasy vegetables all year round~~
