It's rare to see fresh crayfish in the market. I don't know if it costs 30 per catty. I bought eight crayfish for 20 to make a plate of garlic crayfish that can be eaten without spicy food.

Garlic Crayfish

1. Give the crayfish a bath, don't be lazy, every one should be covered with rain and dew!

2. Heat oil in the pot

3. Put ginger

4. Pour in the minced garlic, stir fry until it smells good, then put the crayfish in the bath.

5. Stir fry

6. Finally, add the bean paste and stir-fry for a while and it will be out!

Tips:

The first time I didn’t have much experience, it didn’t feel very tasty. Next time I try to bake half a can of beer. I guess Liu is perfect.
