The crayfish we cooked last time was originally a snack for my husband, but he didn't go home to eat, so I took a lot of it. I peeled it off and matched it with other ingredients. It was delicious.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Crayfish with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Shred the onion

3. Shred carrots and lettuce

4. Stir-fry onions in a frying pan

5. Add the carrots and stir-fry for a while, add some boiling water

6. Add shrimp and lettuce when the onion is soft

7. Put some cooking wine

8. Add salt and stir fry for a while

Tips:

Put a little cooking wine to get rid of the fishy
