Garlic Cucumber

Cucumber peeled

The cucumbers are slapped and cut, and then pickled with salt

Garlic grated and set aside

Marinate for about 15 minutes to remove the marinated water

Put the pepper powder, sea pepper powder, garlic paste and bean paste on the pickled cucumber

Add cooking oil

When the oil temperature reaches about 60 degrees, pour the oil onto the prepared cucumber

Use chopsticks to stir and serve
Tips:
Don’t pickle the cucumber for too long, otherwise the cucumber won’t be crispy
