Garlic Egg Eggplant

Eggplant slices (about 1 cm thick) soak in water for 1 minute and remove, mince garlic and chop green onions

Put 2 spoons of lard into the pot, pour the eggplant and fry for 7 minutes

Fish out the eggplant

Put the garlic in the pot, deep fry until golden, pour the eggplant
