Garlic Fried Noodles

First smash the garlic and ginger together and mince.

Shred the cucumber and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, and when the oil is 70% hot, pour in the minced meat and stir fry.

Pour in minced meat and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and light soy sauce.
