Garlic Fried Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into small cubes, wash the surface starch, boil water, put the potato pieces in and blanch them. Freshly ripened potatoes are the easiest to handle. Don't boil the potatoes until they become soft. Remove and drain for later use

In a non-stick pan, add a little olive oil, put the potato pieces in and fry on low heat

Fry the potatoes until golden brown and the aroma comes out, then put the chopped garlic in the low heat and saute until fragrant

Then add crushed black pepper and salt, stir-fry well and it will be out of the pan
