Garlic Grilled Pork Ribs
1.
Ingredients: 250 grams of ribs, lemon juice, 20 grams of garlic, 3 pieces of oyster sauce, 30 grams. Cooking method: roasting. Reference age: 18M+ operating time: 10 minutes.
2.
The garlic is finely chopped, and the ribs marinated in garlic are very fragrant.
3.
Pour the lemon juice, garlic, and oyster sauce into the ribs, stir well, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
4.
Place the ribs on baking paper or tin foil. If you don't like garlic, wipe it off after roasting.
5.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, and cover with a layer of tin foil when baking (I didn't find the tin foil for a while, I used a tarp). In the middle of the oven, heat up and down for another 230 degrees for 13 minutes. When the time is up, remove the tin foil covering the upper layer and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
6.
When it's out, you can take it directly. Super fragrant, although there are not many seasonings, it is quite tasty.
