Tomato Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Buy the spare ribs home, wash them, chop them into small pieces, put them in a pot of cold water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine. Turn on the fire, wait for the water to boil, remove the bubbles, turn off the fire, and wash off
2.
Put the washed baby into a saucepan, add half a pot of water and ginger slices, bring to a boil on high heat, turn off low heat
3.
After buying the tomatoes, draw a cross on the bottom, put them in the pot, add enough water, and boil. When the tomatoes are turned over, turn off the water and remove them, soak them in cold water, and just use your hands when they are slightly cold. rip off
4.
The processed tomatoes, knead into a puree, pour into a food processor, and beaten into juice
5.
Start a pot and add half a tablespoon of lard. After the lard heats up, pour the beaten tomato juice and sauté until fragrant. Cover and simmer for ten minutes. Then pour the boiled tomato juice directly into the saucepan. I added it just right, but it was a little full and I was afraid it would come out, so I first set the lid of the pot with 2 chopsticks. When the water is slightly less boiled, remove the chopsticks, cover and simmer for 3 hours. Before cooking, taste, add salt and chicken essence
Tips:
1. It is best to use powdered tomatoes for tomatoes, and the soup will be full of tomato flavor.
2. If the tomato juice can't be poured at one time, you can add it slowly after the soup is boiled a little less.
3. Although this soup is basically tomato juice instead of water, water still needs to be added, otherwise there is only tomato juice, and the soup will be battered.
4. Cut some chopped green onion and put it in a smiling bowl. If you want to eat chopped green onion, add a little, otherwise the chopped green onion will collapse and taste bad if you add it directly. The chopped green onion in my photo is mainly for good looks. A little bit.
4. Be sure to knead the tomato juice into a puree before you beat it, otherwise it won't move, and you can't add water.
