As the saying goes, eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, so radish ribs soup is basically one of the most common ways to eat it. Eating meat and soup is really very rare.

Radish Pork Ribs Soup

1. Boil ribs with ginger slices and shallots

2. Remove the boiled ribs and rinse with water

3. Add ginger slices and shallots to the washed ribs, continue to add water to boil

4. Cut the white radish into small pieces and continue to boil

5. Cook until the ribs are crisp, add salt to taste and serve

Tips:
