Steamed Pork Ribs in Black Bean Sauce

Prepare the required ingredients;

Prepare two servings of ginger and green onion, and cut millet pepper into small pieces;

Soak the ginger ribs in clean water to get rid of blood;

Soak the Yangjiang tempeh in boiling water and rinse;

Pick up the soaked waffles and use kitchen paper towels to soak up the water;

Put the processed baby in a container, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce;

Add green onion, ginger, and minced garlic, then pour in an appropriate amount of cornstarch and mix well, and marinate for a while;

Tips:
The ribs must be marinated in place; when the ribs are marinated, you must sprinkle some cornstarch at the end to lock the moisture.
