Garlic is The Soul: Garlic Beef Fried Rice

Wash the peppers of all colors and cut into small dices

The beef slices are frozen and cut into crumbles.

Cut garlic cloves into thin slices.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic slices, fry until golden brown and remove them for later use.

Stir-fry beef slices on high heat until crispy.

Pour in the diced pepper and fry quickly for 1 minute.

Pour in the cold fried rice and stir fry. If the rice is lumpy, crush it with the back of a spatula.

Then pour in the golden garlic slices that have been fried before.

Finally, pour in the salt and black pepper and stir fry out of the pan.
Tips:
1. I think the beef slices are finely chopped and fried, especially with garlic slices. If you don’t like it, you can replace it with beef cubes or shredded beef.
2. Black pepper is recommended to be in granular form or a grinded bottle. Beef and black pepper are an absolute speed match.
3. The key to fried rice is high fire. Don't cook it slowly. If you use a pan, you can pick it up back and forth, so that the fried rice will be delicious and the heat will be more even.
