Garlic Kale

Wash the kale and set aside

Take a clean pot, boil water and add a little oil and a little salt
3.
Then pour in the kale and blanch it
4.
Lift the wobble plate
5.
Chop the garlic, boil the oil in a clean pot, add the garlic and turn off the heat. Just top it on at the end.
Tips:
The blanching process shouldn't take too long, lest the vegetables become yellow. Add some oil to the boiled water. The leaves of the vegetables are green.
