Garlic Kale

Wash the kale with water.

Refill the water, add baking soda, and soak for 20 minutes.

Rinse the soaked kale twice to remove the water and fold it into sections.

Add oil in a hot pan, turn off the heat when the oil is hot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put the kale in a pot and stir fry, add oyster sauce.
6.
Add half a spoon of soy sauce and stir fry.
7.
Since oyster sauce and light soy sauce have a salty taste, there is no need to add salt separately, just put the kale on the plate.
