The status of kelp in Korea is as unshakable as a mother. Even today, kelp is often seen in Korean dramas, although it is simple but full of nutrients. People can refresh their spirits, live a healthy and long life. Therefore, kelp is also called "longevity dish".

Northeast people do not drink seaweed soup as often as Koreans. The most common practice here is to mix it into cold dishes, and the most common one is garlic kelp. The spicy garlic sauce and the refreshing kelp are indeed very appetizing.

Make such a cheap and good-quality cold dish, and let its dark green light give us courage and confidence in life~~"

Garlic Kelp

1. Wash the kelp.

2. Add an appropriate amount of cold water and soak for about 2 hours.

3. Peel the garlic and cut into cubes.

4. Put the garlic diced into a small bowl and mash one end of the rolling pin into garlic paste.

5. Add a little salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, and mix thoroughly to form a garlic paste.

6. Pour the water soaked in the kelp into the pot together with the kelp, and boil it for a few minutes until the kelp becomes soft.

7. After removing it, rinse with cold water and drain off the water.

8. Cut into long sections.

9. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and mix evenly.

10. Add garlic paste.

11. Add sesame oil and mix well.

12. Pick it into the plate and garnish with some goji berries.

Tips:

1. Wash the kelp first and then soak it in water, and boil the kelp directly with the soaked water. This can prevent the mannitol and certain vitamins dissolved in water from being discarded, thereby preserving the active ingredients in the kelp.

2. The wolfberry can be soaked in warm water for a few minutes, and then it tastes good after it becomes soft.

3. Kelp itself is a bit salty, so pay attention to the amount when adding salt.
