Garlic Lettuce

Wash the lettuce, break it into sections, soak in baking soda for 15 minutes, rinse off and set aside.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the oil and stir fry the lettuce.

Stir-fry until it changes color.
4.
Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce.
5.
A spoonful of minced garlic.
6.
A pinch of table salt.
